VILLA RENTAL:

We are intermediairs in the rental of two splendid villas in the Golf & Sport resort Mosa Trajectum in Spain. The villas are situated in two groups of villas, built close to each other. The size and specifications of the villas are rather identical, but there are also small differences, e.g. one villa has an oval swimming pool, the other has a T-type pool.

VILLA 1 (VAN NIEUWENHOVEN)

Specifications:

Lower floor: livingroom with satellite-TV, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with garden-door to terrace and 6x3 m swimmingpool (including the extensions: 8 m length).

The livingroom has a nice interior with a.o. dining  corner, living area and also a garden-door towards the terrace.

On the upper floor you find 2 bedrooms, both with balcony and a bathroom.

In the low maintenance garden ( approx 500 m2) with cosy terrace and privat swimmingpool  you find a gardenset (6 seats + table) and comfortable reclined seats (6).

Further facilities of the villa:  kitchen with cooking plate and fridge/freezer, airconditioning (upper and lower floor) and air heating. In the washroom you find the washing-machine. Outside you can use the BBQ.
