To the best of our knowledge all information and listings contained herein are correctly represented as given by the owners of the villas.

Travelbureau Promodus is fully justified to change the content of the website in order to update that  according to the wishes of the owners of the villas. Renters will get the terms and conditions for renting a villa by e-mail, which informs them about there rights and duties for renting a villa.

Travelbureau Promodus  can only rent out villas after the approval of the villa owners, based on availability, timely payments and trust. After the owners approval for a booking we can take care of further arrangement of the renting of the villa being a contact between you and the owner.

You, as villa renter, should ensure that you are satisfied with the holiday period booking and take care of the required payments in time.

You, as villa renter,  also have to take care and arrange an adequate holiday insurance, to protect you against any problem during the period from booking till returning home after the holidays, due to complaints and/or problems with the holiday, like cancellation, illness, accidents, etc..

Travelbureau Promodus only acts as an intermediate bureau for promotion and renting and will not become involved in any disputes between the client and property owner. The security/ bail, that is requested before the villa can be rented, is to ensure the owner that any material damage to the property will be paid for by the renter till the maximum of the security/bail. Any higher costs than this security has to be covered by your holiday insurance. 

Travelbureau Promodus requests to receive the booking security at least 8 weeks before your holiday period. Any booking cancellation less than 6 weeks before this booking period will result in loss of the booking security. Further rules regarding cancellation of a holiday period will be treated according the Dutch General  Travel Organisations. Please take note of the cancellation rules and payments here below:

a. cancellation before 42ste day (exclusive) of the start of booked period:  you lose the reservation costs.
b. cancellation from 42ste day  (inclusive) till the 28ste day  (exclusive) before the start of booked period:   35%  of the holiday rental costs.
c. cancellation from 28ste day  (inclusive) till  21e dag (exclusive) before start of booked period:  40% of the holiday rental costs.
d. cancellation from 21ste day  (inclusive) till  14e dag (exclusive) before start of booked period:  50% of the holiday rental costs.
e. cancellation from 14ste day  (inclusive) till  5e dag (exclusive) before start of booked period:  75% of the holiday rental costs.
f. cancellation from 5e day  (inclusief) till the start of booked period:  90% of the holiday rental costs.
g. cancellation at the start of booked period or later:   100%  of the holiday rental costs."

The villa rent must be transferred by bank to Travelbureau Promodus latest 6 weeks before the concerned rental period.

At the start of the holiday period this booking security will be the security-bail for damage claims by the villa owner.

The property owner needs to verify and specify any damage-claim  and must claim a withdrawal of a part of the bail within 3 weeks after the concerned holiday period in which the damage occurred.

Travelbureau Promodus will refund the security- bail towards the villa renter  immediately after the 3 weeks claim period.

In case of disputes on the rules the Dutch Law is applicable. No foreign laws, justice or courts can be applied therefore.
